CODE OF CONDUCT AND REGULATIONS

The Karacoli is a peaceful residence where owners and tenants respect each other. The building managers ask each landlord-owner to transmit the regulations to all tenants. It is very important that you commit to respecting these regulations. Any failure to comply could lead to cancellation of your stay.

Noises:

We do not tolerate any excessive noise after 8:00 p.m. We want to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.

Smokers :

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts safely and properly.

Drugs and narcotics

Drug use in the apartment or in the common areas of the building

Pool area

The swimming pool is not a public swimming pool, access is authorized only to residents of Résidence Le Karacoli. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by their parents. Diving, jumping, splashing, shouting, eating, smoking, playing ball, rubber rings and air mattresses are prohibited. Nighttime access is also prohibited.

Common parts

Please do not leave any objects or garbage in the common areas. Beach Please do not leave any objects or trash at the beach.

Pontoon

Do not sit on the ropes that line the pontoon. Boat mooring is not permitted.
